As a stylist, Sue's greatest love is helping her clients discover the hidden beauty they each possess. Sue feels that ongoing education, for herself, her staff, and her clients, is the foundation that has enabled Hair Friends to remain as leaders in the beauty industry and within her community. By adapting the latest fashion trends, including cuts and haircolor, and modern products, Sue personalizes each look for her clients. As President of Hair Friends Inc., Sue's passion is developing new business ideas and marketing concepts that will enable Hair Friends Salon to remain a leader in the salon industry. John Price has a passion for hair color and design that translates into styles that keep his clients looking and feeling their best. John dazzles his clients with the vast array of knowledge he obtains during his ongoing quest for education. John's combination of humor and talent make the experience of getting beautiful a great experience.

Barbara Berens: Image Consultant/Hair Designer 
Marketing Manager  Redken Certified Hair Colorist

Barbara's unique gift is making every client feel that they are the only client in the salon and the most important person in the world. Her styling prowess, along with her communication skills, creates a bond with her clients that endures for years.  When asked to name her passion in the salon industry, Barbara's answer was simple: people. With face shape analysis as a specialty, Barbara takes delight in all aspects of hair color and design.

Karla Hernandez
Designer

Karla loves building relationships with her clients and discovering what
each person is looking for that is unique and individual to them. Karla's command of curly/ frizzy hair has earned her a reputation since her styling techniques transform even the wildest uncontrollable hair.

Sonia Eppler
Designer

Sonia has been a stylist for 15 years. She loves everything about cutting and styling hair. Sonia says that her clients are the very best and she has learned so much from them. Sonia's precise approach to color and cutting lends itself to beautiful wearable styles.

Paola Barrios

Junior Associate

A recent Graduate from the Academy for Salon Professionals, Paola now expands her duties at Hair Friends. Her artistry and great communication skills will be a wonderful addition to our team of professional stylists!

Paola will continue in her position as head salon coordinator. Paola not only runs the front desk with efficiency, works well with the clients and staff, but is also responsible for the beautiful displays you see throughout the salon.

Nicole Sweitzer

Completing the administrative staff  is Nicole. She too has recently completed her training in cosmetology from the College of San Mateo. She will soon take her test for licensing.
